From the very beginning, I knew I wanted to bring together two worlds that, in theory, shouldn’t mix: the vastness of the ocean and a space capable of conveying calm, shelter, and a sense of home in the middle of the Norwegian Sea. I wanted these two very different extremes to meet in a seamless and natural way, creating a place that embraces visitors while the sea reveals all its strength around them.
That’s how NOR was born—a project inspired by the ever-changing energy of the sea and the elegant warmth of Nordic design. Every material, texture, and line is thoughtfully chosen to balance the wild exterior with a serene interior, where stillness, light, and comfort take center stage.
Working on this project has been a truly fun and challenging journey—almost like building a bridge between two opposite realities. And yes, after imagining it so vividly, I would absolutely love to experience it myself one day.

Desde el principio tuve claro que quería unir dos mundos que, en teoría, no deberían mezclarse: la inmensidad del océano y un espacio capaz de transmitir calma, refugio y una sensación de hogar en medio del Mar de Noruega. Quería que estos dos extremos tan distintos pudieran encontrarse de forma uniforme y natural, creando un lugar que acogiera al visitante mientras el mar muestra toda su fuerza alrededor. Así nació NOR, un proyecto inspirado en la energía cambiante del mar y en la calidez elegante del diseño nórdico. Cada material, cada textura y cada línea está pensada para equilibrar el exterior salvaje con un interior sereno, donde la quietud, la luz y el confort son protagonistas. Trabajar en este proyecto ha sido un viaje muy divertido y retador, casi como construir un puente entre dos realidades opuestas. Y sí, después de imaginarlo tanto, me encantaría vivir esa experiencia algún día.
